Our Service Delivery System
Planning
During the brand analysis the client and designer discuss the mission of the business and what the company hopes to achieve with a new website. This information is then translated into a website wireframe, a visual guide that represents the skeletal framework of a website.
Design
Once the designer has a better understanding of the business, the design work begins. Based on information provided, the web designer will create a design and send it to the client for review. The design is worked on until satisfactory and love the way it looks!
Development
Now having the final layout and design, the building of the actual website is done. The implementation step consists of creating the content management system, any additional features, plugins and integrating the final design. This step is where the website comes to life and can start using all the features.
Quality Assurance
The QA Testing phase is done to fix any bugs throughout the website during development. The website will also be tested on multiple devices such as desktop, tablet, and mobile to ensure the layout & functionality is as expected across these platforms.

MapilitMedia Inc. offers Web Design and Development services specializing in WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Laravel technologies.
We also offer SEO and PPC services on the marketing side.
How much do you charge for a website?
Our website packages for a 5-page website starts at $2,500 CAD.
For more complex project such as Ecommerce or Custom Software Applications, the cost will be between $5,000-$25,000 CAD.
What Are Your Payment Terms?
For most projects, we require a 50% deposit and then 50% after completion of the project.
For larger software application projects, we may break this in payments based on milestones(25/25/25/25 split).
Do You Offer Warrenty?
Yes, our websites come with a 3-month warranty on any of the work completed as outlined in the agreed scope of work document.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after project completion?
Yes, we offer and recommend ongoing maintenance as a website still requires upkeep such as updating plugins and themes and monitoring security and uptime.
How Long Does it Take To Build A Website?
For smaller project such as a 5 page website, expect around 2 weeks for completion of the project.
For larger sized project such as Ecommerce or Software Application Development, it can range from 4 weeks up to 6 months depending on the complexity of the project.
Is Your Company Insured?
MapilitMedia Inc. is insured by CFC Underwriting. The policy includes Professional Liablity coverage up to $100,000CAD.

Can you fix my exisiting website?
Yes, we can help with making updates to existing websites as long as we are familiar with the technology being used.
Can we meet in person?
MapilitMedia Inc. is based in Toronto, Canada but we're currently only operating remotely. We can set up an online meeting to build rapport and provide support.
